Account Coordinator
description
The Account Coordinator provides assistance to the Account Executive and Manager, performing daily tasks that impact the client’s interest. AC’s also learn all internal agency processes concerning the efficient flow of work. This is an entry level position and the ideal way to develop skills necessary to advance. The AC reports to the Account Executive and Director of Account Services.

Account Executive
description
The Account Executive is responsible for daily contact between the agency and client. This position interfaces with various departments of the agency to complete jobs on behalf of the client, departments such as creative, media, direct marketing and public relations. Among other important tasks, the AE reviews all creative to confirm whether or not it meets the strategic goals of the client before delivery to the Account Manager or client. The AE reports to the Account Manager and Director of Account Services.

Account Manager
description
The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship of the agency and its clients. The account manager will generally look after client needs through direct contact, liaison, and the marshalling of all agency resources. That being the case, the AM must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the services offered by G&P and must have a deeper understanding of the clients they serve. The AM supervises AE performance and reviews all strategic and media decisions formulated by the various departments before they are delivered to the client. The AM reports to the Account Supervisor.

Account Supervisor
description
The Account Supervisor will ensure that client needs are being met by monitoring and guiding account managers' activities, and by maintaining an effective level of direct contact with clients. The account supervisor bears final responsibility for the account's growth and profitability, and the development of the account manager. The account supervisor must be a capable personnel manager, with team building skills and mentoring abilities. A clear understanding of today's marketing and advertising business and a keen sense of entrepreneurship are essential.

Copywriter ACD
description
The Copywriter (CW/ACD) is responsible for copy and concepts in the production of advertising (print and broadcast). Works with Art Director(s) to interpret concepts/copy into completed design. Ensures all copy and advertising meets clients’ objectives.
When the “big idea” for an ad originates from a graphic concept rather than copy, the Copywriter supplies copy to complete the comp.
The Associate Creative Director (ACD) assists the Creative Director (CD) with every aspect of completing all creative and production projects through management of the available resources

The Production Manager (PM) is responsible for scheduling, producing and delivering, on time, all the work that the agency creative department creates. The Media Buyer (MB) provides assistance to the Media Director in research, planning and placement of all clients’ projects. The MB assists in establishing appropriate media and budgets for clients, and establishes good relationships with all media reps.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all administrative functions needed to generate, post, track and collect or remit accounts receivable and accounts payable. The AM is also responsible for bringing late payments to the attention of management and addressing them with a client’s accounting department. Finance Director
description
The Finance Director (FD) of an advertising agency is responsible for the financial dealings of the company. This person is responsible for the daily posting of hours and outside vendor charges. As the jobs are completed, the FD assembles a billing worksheet, which is reviewed by the AE, signed-off and then billed.
The FD is responsible for overseeing: invoicing the client for the jobs completed, or services rendered; keeping an accurate aging of accounts receivable due the agency, and informing account management that an invoice is overdue; posting and keeping an accurate record of the accounts payable that the agency owes to suppliers, vendors and other companies.
